It feels good to eat well (and healthy)

Having grown up on a regular Caribbean diet, my parents both of Trinidadian heritage, I was raised on Fresh provisions (Green banana, Plantains, Yam and Green vegetables), where “eating out” was not a regular practice and packaged “junk food”, was seldom purchased.

Breakfast

1 Bowl of steel cut oats
Strawberries (handfull)
Bluberries (handfull)

Beans

Lunch

1/2 cup tuna
1 cup cottage cheese
1 piece of toast
Black coffee or tea

Salmon

Dinner

Fresh Atlantic Salmon
1 cup green beans
1 cup of Quinoa
1 cup carrots
A bowl of garden salad

Snack

Gala Apples & Wow Butter (add additional fruit of choice)
